How long does implementation take?
It depends on the size and complexity of your operation, how much data needs to migrate, and how many integrations are involved. We'll give you a realistic view of the path ahead once we understand your operation during discovery.
Can TRIFECTA migrate data from our existing system or spreadsheets?
Yes. We support migrating customer records, rate cards, and job history from legacy TMS platforms as well as spreadsheet-based systems, so your team isn't starting from zero.
Will our team be trained before go-live?
Yes. Training is structured by role, so dispatchers, drivers, finance, and customer service teams each learn the parts of TRIFECTA relevant to their day-to-day work before go-live.
What happens after go-live?
Support continues past go-live. Real operational patterns often surface questions that only come up once your team is running live jobs, and support is there to work through them.
